Qualifications

• MSN or DNP with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization.
• Active New York State NP license.
• Board certification: AANP or ANCC (FNP).
• EMR experience and HIPAA knowledge.
• DEA & CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope family medicine across the lifespan.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; refer to specialists as needed.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, medications and prevention.
• Participate in initial training and transition to independent practice.
