Nao Medical is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for our Bartow, NY clinic. The role offers full-scope family medicine across the lifespan with AI-assisted documentation to reduce charting time.

New grads are welcome. You’ll participate in a three-month paid mentorship program, with no independent patient load until completion, and a clear path to full provider status, plus competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP with FNP specialization is required.
• Active New York State NP license.
• Board certification: AANP or ANCC (FNP).
• EMR experience and HIPAA knowledge.
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• DEA & CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
• New grads welcome.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and build evidence-based treatment plans for patients.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging as needed.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, medications and prevention.
• Deliver telemedicine visits and help manage clinic flow.
• Collaborate with physicians, scribes and medical assistants to ensure quality care.
