NPHire in Cumming, GA is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to work with the physician owner across the full age spectrum (5 through geriatric). This part-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and a CME allowance, with dedicated CME days to support ongoing education.

You will provide comprehensive primary care, including well visits, management of chronic conditions, and coordination of referrals, while maintaining patient-centered care in a small-practice setting.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia APRN license required.

Responsibilities

A physician-owned, multi-location primary care clinic in Cumming, Georgia is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to work directly alongside the physician owner, caring for patients across the full age spectrum from age 5 through geriatric. Earning $60–$70/hour on a workable part-time schedule (Mondays and Tuesdays, plus an alternating Saturday), you'll practice genuinely full-spectrum family medicine using the whole scope of your certification, with phone-only call responsibility and a CME allowance plus dedicated CME days to support your ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care across the lifespan, from pediatric through geriatric patients
• Diagnose and manage acute presentations and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and thyroid disease
