Key People is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our physician-led group with locations across Long Island. The role focuses on outpatient primary care, preventive and chronic disease management in a 100% outpatient setting.

You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain EMR documentation while upholding HIPAA and payer guidelines. A strong growth mindset and leadership potential are valued.

Competenze

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Proven ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.
• 8+ years experience as a NP.

Compensation: $200K-$300K per year

Job Type: Full time or Pat time. Flexible hours, Monday–Friday, No call.

A well-established, physician-led group with locations throughout Long Island, is currently seeking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner. This practice has built a stellar reputation for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and multidisciplinary collaboration. 100% outpatient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
