Genie Matthews and Associates seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its physician-led, outpatient team on Long Island. The role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.

The position offers a highly competitive compensation package ($200K-$300K per year) and flexible hours, with Monday–Friday availability and no on-call requirements, supporting a balanced lifestyle while delivering outstanding clinical outcomes.

Competenze

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Proven ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus

Job Type: Full time or Pat time. Flexible hours, Monday–Friday, No call.

A well-established, physician-led group with locations throughout Long Island, is currently seeking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner. This practice has built a stellar reputation for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and multidisciplinary collaboration. 100% outpatient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient primary care setting, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
• Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines.
• Participate in population health initiatives and support ongoing quality improvement projects.

Qualifications:
