Job summary

Elios Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide flexible coverage across primary and urgent care services in our community-focused FQHC in Georgia. The role supports coverage when other providers are out, with 10-hour shifts during urgent care windows, no weekends.

You’ll serve a diverse patient population and contribute to access to high-quality care while collaborating with a caring team.

Are you a compassionate, adaptable FNP or PA who enjoys variety and making a meaningful impact in the community?

Our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a mission driven Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide coverage across primary care and urgent care services.

This is a flexible, team focused role designed to support the organization when providers are out due to PTO, illness, or other staffing needs.

When the team is fully staffed, you will be working in an urgent care either Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday, offering 10-hour shifts. No weekends!

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including a large Hispanic community, while helping ensure patients continue to have access to high-quality care.
