Job summary

Elios Healthcare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages in a community health setting in New York. You will develop long-term relationships with families and deliver high-quality care within a collaborative team.

The role features a day-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends. NHSC loan repayment eligibility and a strong benefits package are available; prior NP/PA experience is ideal,

• 1+ years of experience as an NP or PA is ideal.
