Job summary

Elios Healthcare in New York City seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Family Practice to serve patients of all ages at a community health center. You’ll care for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, at a community health center that has served a diverse, underserved neighborhood for decades. Many patients rely on this clinic as their medical home, so you’ll build long-term relationships with whole families.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday - Friday
• No nights or weekends
