Job summary

WCS Healthcare Partners in New York seeks a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient primary care team. You will work with the Medical Director and Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive care to patients aged 5 and up, including adults, with a focus on women's wellness and coordination with GYN services.

This role offers a stable outpatient schedule, no inpatient duties, and a mission-driven environment serving underserved populations.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required.
• Active New York license or ability to obtain one.
• Prior primary care experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in OPWDD, FQHC, Medicaid/Medicare, or with underserved populations preferred.
• Experience caring for patients with intellectual/developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage a primarily adult patient population while caring for ages 5 and up.
• Comfortable participating in a shared call schedule.
• Strong preference for candidates requiring limited mentorship and onboarding support.
