Job summary

WhiteCap Search is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care role at an FQHC with locations in Washington Heights (Manhattan) or Jamaica Center (Queens). The position serves underserved communities with a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model.

Qualifications

• Family NP certification or credential.

Requirements

• Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• Active New York State NP license

• Prior Primary Care, Ambulatory Care, Community Health, or FQHC experience preferred

• Strong team-oriented and patient-centered approach
