Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for NP or PA licensure in Arizona.
• Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States.
• FNP or PA certification, as applicable.
• Interest in adult primary care and outpatient medicine.
• New graduates welcome; 2–3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adults.
• Perform evaluations, follow-ups, and wellness visits.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs and tests.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients.
• Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff.
• Maintain timely documentation.
• Support continuity of care in a team-based clinic.

Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Adult Primary Care

A well-known and stable primary care clinic in Mesa is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its adult primary care team. This is a great opportunity for a provider who wants a Monday-Friday outpatient role with strong support, excellent clinicians, and a clinic environment known for quality care and a strong reputation.

This role is open to new graduates, though candidates with 2-3 years of primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience are preferred.
