Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA in Arizona.
• Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States.
• FNP or PA certification, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult patients.
• Perform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and wellness visits.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing.
• Develop treatment plans and provide patient education.
• Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support continuity of care in a team-based clinic setting.

Glendale, AZ | Monday–Friday | $120,000–$150,000 Base + Bonus

A well-known and stable primary care clinic in Glendale is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its adult primary care team. This is a great opportunity for a provider who wants a Monday–Friday outpatient role with strong support, excellent clinicians, and a clinic environment known for quality care and a strong reputation.

This role is open to new graduates, though candidates with 2–3 years of primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience are preferred.
