MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Floating Family Nurse Practitioner to serve across multiple clinics in Northeast Florida. You will provide rapid, patient-focused care in a busy urgent care and primary care setting, including telemedicine and occupational medicine, with potential leadership responsibilities in high-volume clinics.

The role requires FNP certification and MSN or higher, strong communication, EMR experience, and the ability to adapt to different teams and clinical environments.

Qualifikationen

• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with MSN or higher.
• Strong communication skills and patient focus.
• Experience using EMR systems and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Perform minor surgical procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal).
• Perform suturing and splinting.
• Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and management.
• Review x-rays (over-read by Radiologist).
• Manage general dermatology cases.
• Address general eye problems.
• Interpret EKGs.
• Provide emergency management as needed.
• Provide general GYN care.
• Treat children of all ages.
• Handle occupational medicine and telemedicine duties.

Floating Family Nurse Practitioner – Northeast FL Region - $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS!

MainStreet Family Care is growing and we’re looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to work across multiple clinics in your area! You will provide patient-focused care to help our patients feel better FAST! Boom! Services provided to the public include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be flexible working with teams in different clinics and providing leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
• Suturing
• Splinting
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management
• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)
• General Dermatology
• General eye problems
• General EKG interpretations
• Emergency management skills
• General GYN expertise
• Treating children of all ages
• Occupational medicine
• Telemedicine

Schedule:

• Shifts determined two months in advance
• MainStreet
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• KidsStreet Clinic Hours (Montgomery, AL, Pelham, AL, Mobile, AL, Tallahassee, FL, Gainesville, FL, Wake Forest, NC, Greenville, NC, Chapel Hill, NC, Wilmington, NC, Winston-Salem, NC, Athens, GA, Augusta, GA and Columbus, GA only)
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Work hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, floaters, etc.

Qualifications:

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
• MSN, or higher education required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
