Job summary

NPHire is hiring a NP or PA to provide comprehensive primary care in a federally qualified health center in Kansas City, MO. The successful candidate will deliver acute, chronic, and preventive care with a patient-centered approach in a team-based setting.

Spanish language proficiency is preferred. Active Missouri APRN or PA license, FNP-BC or PA-C certification, and BLS are required, with immediate hire and a five 8-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide acute, chronic, and preventive primary care including history, physical exams, and prescribing.
• Review labs, radiology, and consultations; follow up with patients directly.
• Identify barriers to care and coordinate referrals to internal and community support services.
• Provide ongoing patient education on diagnosis and care plan.
• Document thoroughly including visit reason, history, medications, orders, referrals, and follow-up.
• Participate in Medical Executive meetings, quality improvement, peer review, and committee work.
• Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer and Chief Clinical Officer on service and program development.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule & Compensation

• $104,536–$130,670/year
