Job summary

A mission-driven community health organization in South Central Kansas is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.

You’ll manage acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive health, and collaborate with an integrated team offering medical, dental, behavioral health, vision, pharmacy, and other services under one roof. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with PTO, holidays, CE support, benefits and PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• licensed NP/APRN in Kansas with DEA license.
• community health/FQHC experience preferred.
