Pharmacy1st Health is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical care in a growing rural health network. You’ll practice at the top of your license, build meaningful patient relationships, and help shape an integrated care model combining primary care, pharmacy services, and digital tools.

You’ll help recruit future clinicians, design care workflows, and partner with telehealth and virtual care teams to expand access while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing is required
• Current state license and national FNP certification (FNP-BC or FNP-C)
• Experience in primary, community, or rural health settings
• Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms

• Deliver comprehensive patient care with a focus on prevention and continuity
• Serve as clinical lead and trusted partner to patients and families
• Collaborate with pharmacists, care coordinators, and virtual care partners
• Help design workflows, care standards, and patient experience from the ground up

Pharmacy1st Health is building the clinical infrastructure for rural America by transforming independent pharmacies into integrated care delivery hubs. Our model combines primary care, pharmacy services, and chronic disease management under one roof, creating a new, lower-cost site of care for underserved communities.

You will practice with autonomy, purpose, and support while helping launch a modern, community based care model that blends primary care, prevention, and technology enabled access. You will also help influence the growth of the care team by participating in the recruitment and selection of future clinical roles, ensuring we build a team aligned in values, quality, and commitment to the community. Who You Are

• A Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing

• Licensed in (Insert Location) with national certification such as FNP-BC or FNP-C

• Experienced in primary care, community health, or rural health environments

• Confident using EHR systems and telehealth platforms

• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and excited by building something meaningful

• Deeply committed to patient centered, relationship driven care

• Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including prolonged standing, walking, occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, and assisting with patient care in a clinical environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Maintains all necessary state and CMS credentials for professional nursing practice

• BLS Certified
