Alivio Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner in Chicago, IL to provide primary care. The NP will work with a multidisciplinary team, delivering comprehensive health services to diverse patients, and will utilize nursing theories to guide care.

Requirements include an IL license, DEA registration, board certification or eligibility, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Competitive salary and full benefits accompany the role.

FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER# FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONERChicago, IL 60608## OverviewSalary Range$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 Salary/year## DescriptionSeeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide primary healthcare to patients of Alivio. The Nurse Practitioner utilizes theories of psychosocial, developmental, educational and nursing sciences to facilitate the delivery of this health care. The Nurse Practitioner works inter-dependently with and independently of the multi-disciplinary team. Major functional areas will include: Practitioner, consultant, and educator.Benefits:: Full health benefits (medical, dental, vision), short and long term disability, and life insurance. 403b retirement plan CME - 5 days / $2000 Paid Time Off (Vacation, Paid Leave and Paid Sick Leave)## Qualifications* Graduate of an accredited Nursing School* Graduate of an accredited Post-Graduate Training Program* Board Certified or Board Eligible* Current IL State License, Controlled Substance License, and DEA registration.* Bilingual English/Spanish, required.* At least two years' work experience.
