This full-time, on-site Family Nurse Practitioner role is based at the Rapid Med Urgent Care clinics. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care across the lifespan, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of urgent and primary care conditions. Daily responsibilities include performing physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and developing appropriate treatment plans. The role involves managing acute illnesses and minor injuries, conducting follow-up visits, and educating patients and families on prevention, medications, and self-care. The practitioner will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff, contribute to maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and support clinic protocols for quality, safety, and infection control.
