Job summary

Commonwealth Medical Services is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality health care and emergency treatment across multiple locations. You will promote health, prevent disease, and coordinate referrals within the scope of your licensure.

Responsibilities include patient care per protocols, maintaining records, and collaborating with the clinical team. Travel between sites may be required; strong documentation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program with current state licensure.
• CPR and ACLS certifications (or equivalent).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Able to travel between clinical sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per clinical protocols and scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient health records.
• Diagnose and treat common conditions and health concerns.
• Counsel patients and families on health-related issues.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer as needed.
• Participate in team huddles and care coordination.

Education

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Master’s degree preferred

State licensure and CPR/ACLS certification
