Job summary
MFM Health in Danvers, MA is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 2 years of NP/PA experience to join our private Family Medicine practice. Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited NP or PA program.
- Current NP/PA license and DEA registration.
- Valid Massachusetts NP or PA License.
- Commitment to CME and professional development.
- Experience in ambulatory family medicine setting.
- Ability to work independently within a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive new patient screenings and annual physicals.
- Maintain and update electronic medical records accurately.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment.
- Provide well-child care and immunizations.
- Manage chronic diseases with coordinated care.
