Job summary

Children’s Home Network is seeking a Family Navigator in Tampa, FL to support families and link them to community resources. You will assist with parenting education, care coordination, and crisis intervention, documenting services and supporting a wraparound approach.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, and participate in family conferences to improve child health and development outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least one year of experience working with children and families.
• Individual must have an understanding of issues related to parenting and child development.

Responsibilities

• Helps parent/caregiver obtain community resources and training to raise healthy children.
• Provides parenting support, education, and care coordination to caregivers with young children at risk.
