Job summary

Elios Healthcare in Atlanta is seeking a dedicated Urgent Care Physician to join a collaborative team delivering high-quality, accessible care to patients of all ages. The position offers a consistent schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week and no on-call duties.

You will evaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries, order tests, document accurately, and coordinate follow-up. The ideal candidate holds an MD or DO, is board certified or eligible in Family or Emergency Medicine, and

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to quality patient care.
• Urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Provide compassionate, patient centered care in a fast paced urgent care setting.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform common urgent care procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and coordinate follow up care.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support efficient operations and a positive patient experience.
