Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Family Medicine Residency Core Faculty Member to join a health system's residency program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, supervise residents, and deliver full-spectrum outpatient care on a hospital campus.

The role offers a guaranteed, negotiable salary with potential linkage to GME experience and additional training. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with clinic, precepting, and education time, plus obstetrics opportunities if desired.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program by start date.
• Board certification or eligibility by ABFM or AOBFM.
• Valid Georgia Medical License or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• Must be in good standing with current employer or residency/fellowship program.
• Teaching and supervising residents; providing full-spectrum Family Medicine in outpatient setting.
• Opportunities to train residents in inpatient care and low-risk obstetrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide FM full-spectrum outpatient care.
• Precept and teach residents; deliver didactic lectures.
• Collaborate with core faculty on program projects and curriculum.
• Contribute to program development and educational innovations.
• Participate in inpatient care and low-risk obstetrics as needed.
