Job summary

Essenti Talent seeks a full-time Family Medicine Residency Program Core Faculty Member Physician to join our health system's Family Medicine Residency Program. Ideal candidates have GME supervisory experience with residents in an ACGME-accredited FM residency and a passion for teaching.

The role includes providing full-spectrum outpatient care, precepting residents, delivering lectures, and collaborating on curriculum and program projects to advance education.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program by start date.
• Board certification or board eligible by ABFM or AOBFM.

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise residents in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Deliver didactic lectures and collaborate on program projects.
• Assist in curriculum development and ongoing GME education.
• Participate in teaching and supervision to support full-spectrum Family Medicine.
