Essenti Talent invites passionate Family Medicine physicians to join our Residency Program as Core Faculty Members. This full-time role focuses on teaching, mentoring, and shaping the future generation of family physicians in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities include outpatient continuity care, resident precepting, curriculum development, and multidisciplinary obstetric training. Schedule is typically Mon-Fri with dedicated GME time and no mandatory overnight call unless extra

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree.
• Completed Family Medicine residency before start date.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM/AOBFM).
• Georgia Medical License or eligibility via IMLC.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient care in an underserved or academic clinic.
• Precept residents, deliver didactic lectures, and collaborate on program projects.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program enhancement.
• Offer inpatient training and supervision in obstetrics as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in prenatal and postpartum care.
