StaffMed Health Partners in partnership with a respected academic health system in a metropolitan area seeks a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to serve as the Program Director and Core Faculty for an established ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.

The physician leader will provide administrative leadership, resident education, faculty development, and direct patient care within a collaborative academic environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• ACGME qualifications to serve as Family Medicine Program Director
• Prior residency leadership and faculty teaching experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assume Program Director role and Core Faculty responsibilities for an established ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
• Lead accreditation efforts, curriculum development, and faculty mentorship
• Supervise and teach residents in outpatient and didactic settings while maintaining clinical practice
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary faculty to advance graduate medical education

This physician leader will play an integral role in shaping the future of family medicine by providing administrative leadership, resident education, faculty development, and direct patient care within a collaborative academic environment. The residency program has a long history of training high quality family physicians and serves a diverse patient population with a broad spectrum of clinical experiences.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications

• Serve as Program Director and Core Faculty for an established ACGME accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
