Qualifications

• MD or DO from accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine (Board Eligible ONLY if currently in residency — must pass boards before starting).
• Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA registration required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver family‑focused primary care for adults.
• Manage preventive care, acute illness, and chronic disease.
• Build long‑term patient relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists and community resources; participate in care team meetings.
