Job description

A well-established, physician-owned primary care group is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for its new Sugar Hill office.

This is a quality-over-quantity practice with longer appointment slots, manageable daily volume, and a strong focus on continuity of care.

The Role

Build and manage your own primary care panel with a full scope of preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits.

New physicians ramp into their panel over time.

A full panel averages 18 to 20 patients per day.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, four and a half days of clinic plus an optional half day of admin time
• 7:45 a.m. huddle, lunch from 12 to 1, last patient at 4 p.m., typically out by 5
• 30-minute slots for physicals and new patients, 20-minute slots for follow-ups
• Four-day schedules considered full-time and open to discussion
• Light call on a three-week rotation shared across a large provider group, which averages about once per year
