Job summary

One Medical in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Family Medicine/Medicine-Pediatrics physician to join our full-time team. You will manage a patient panel, see a mix of acute, chronic, and preventive visits, and conduct in-office or tele-health visits.

You will participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, supervise NP/PA colleagues, and pursue state licensure expansion as needed. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a substantial salary range.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+).
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.
• State licensed in Arizona, obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs across acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers and conduct tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states.
