Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Family Medicine/Medicine-Pediatrics clinician for a full-time role in Gilbert, AZ. You will manage a diverse patient panel across acute and chronic care, with in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits.

Ongoing learning occurs via Clinical Rounds and daily team huddles, with opportunities to supervise NP/PA colleagues. Arizona state licensure is required, with board certification within 1 year of start.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care for all ages.
• Board certified or board eligible with plan to obtain certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers and conduct tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams and supervise NP/PA colleagues.
• Obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.
