Job summary

Palms Medical Group in North Florida is a not-for-profit FQHC seeking staff physicians to deliver primary care in a community-focused setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive medical services and promote preventive care across ages.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, after-hours availability, and serving underserved populations with same-day scheduling and bilingual staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to patients within the physician's scope of practice and PMG policies.
• Identify yourself as a physician and wear your ID badge at all times.
• Educate, counsel and guide patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases across the life cycle.
• Perform diagnostic tests, screening evaluations and patient exams.
• Be available for after-hours care and extended office hours as approved.
• Maintain the electronic health record per PMG policies and procedures.
• Participate in QA/QI activities and credentialing as directed.
