Montefiore Medical Group (MMG), our network of primary care practices, is actively seeking FULL-TIME/PART-TIME primary care physicians.

What we are looking for:

MMG seeks flexible physicians to deliver exceptional medical care to patients by:

• Conducting thorough annual assessments
• Providing counsel to patients on their health concerns
• Documenting care delivered into EPIC
• Appropriately referring patients with ongoing or acute medical needs

In this role, the primary care physician will:

• Perform patient histories and physical examinations, evaluate findings, and provide appropriate patient care
• Provide quality clinical diagnostic skills, emphasizing early detection, prevention, and overall wellness
• Provide relationship-centered care, collaborating with our Integrated Behavioral Health team
• Participate in the Quality Assurance Program
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team
• Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible Medical Doctorate (MD or DO)
• Current unrestricted State license and unrestricted DEA certificate
• Experience in Preventive Medicine is a plus
• Comfortable with electronic medical records
