Job description

• Date: ASAP - ongoing
• Schedule: 2 weeks/month - Full time.
• M-F, 9a-6p availability, shifts can be 8 or 4 hours
• 8-12 patients scheduled per 8hr day
• 90:10 Virtual visits/reads (if qualified for reads)
• In some instances patients wear ZIO monitors for 2 weeks prior to virtual visits, others are initial cardiology consultations and follow-up on previous diagnosis
• Echo, Nuclear and Holter reads a plus but not required
• Provider will work completely solo
• EMR: CANVAS
• Requirements: TX license, BC/BE, must have 1-2 years minimum of working after Fellowship
