Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for the Greater Sacramento area to join a mission-driven community health center. The role focuses on comprehensive outpatient care in a collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates are MD/DO with CA license and board eligibility or certification; 2+ years post-residency experience is required. Bilingual skills (English plus Russian or Spanish) are strongly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• 2+ years of post residency experience; no new grads.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license.
• Community health center or FQHC experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care within scope of practice.
• Perform history and physical exams, develop differential diagnoses, and create treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and initiate appropriate therapies.
• Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations when indicated.
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality care.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Review and sign clinical reports (labs, consults, imaging) promptly.
• Submit billing and coding documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain all required licensure and certifications.
