Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our mission-driven health center in the Greater Sacramento area. You will provide comprehensive outpatient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure quality patient outcomes in a culturally diverse setting.

The role requires a CA license with board eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine and at least 2 years post-residency experience.

Competenze

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years post-residency experience; no new grads.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care within scope of practice.
• Conduct history and physical exams; develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Order, interpret labs and imaging; initiate therapies.
• Coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Support patient education with culturally and linguistically appropriate care.
• Review clinical reports and ensure accurate billing and coding.

Conoscenze

MD/DO degree

Board Certification/Eligibility

2+ years post-residency

CA medical license

Bilingual English/Spanish or Russian
