Job summary

HealthOp Solutions seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine physician for a full-time role in Mesa, AZ. The position includes care across the lifespan in outpatient and inpatient settings, with a Monday–Friday schedule and strong clinical support.

Compensation ranges from $220,000 to $240,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits. The physician will diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of conditions, emphasize preventive care, and collaborate with a physician-led team to deliver

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• Eligible for hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
• Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical exams.
• Provide inpatient care as part of an integrated care model.
• Order, interpret, and review labs, imaging, and other tests.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and hospital providers.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyles.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Support quality improvement initiatives and a collaborative team culture.

About the Role

As a Family Medicine Physician, you'll provide comprehensive care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in both clinic and hospital settings. You'll diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive health, oversee inpatient care, and work collaboratively with specialists and care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions
