Talent With Heart is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our in-person outpatient clinics serving underserved communities in Los Angeles. You will provide comprehensive adult and pediatric primary care, collaborate with an integrated care team, and participate in preventive and chronic disease management.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs

Compensation: $290K - $300K per year

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in-person (outpatient)
