ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a full-time, in-person Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient clinics serving medically underserved communities in Los Angeles.

The position offers a stable schedule, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and a strong team-based environment. You will provide comprehensive primary care to adults and children, collaborate with an integrated care team, and participate in quality improvement and preventive care initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved populations.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and wellness strategies.

Compensation: $290K - $300K per year

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in-person (outpatient)
