Job summary

United Future is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for in-person outpatient care in Los Angeles. The role offers a competitive $290K–$300K annual salary with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and a focus on comprehensive primary care for adults and children.

You will work with an integrated care team, document via EHR, participate in quality improvement, and have access to loan repayment programs, CME support, and sign-on incentives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of Family Medicine residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved populations

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system
