Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time, in-person Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient clinics serving medically underserved communities in Los Angeles. You will work with an integrated care team to provide comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and chronic disease management in an outpatient setting, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Compensation is $290K–$300K per year, plus full benefits, loan repayment eligibility, CME support,

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved populations.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and wellness strategies.
