Unknown Organization in Los Angeles is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for in-person outpatient care. Compensation is $290K–$300K per year, with Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM work hours and a focus on underserved communities.

You will join an integrated care team and provide comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and chronic disease management in a mission-driven outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved populations.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system.
