Job summary

One Medical, based in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Family Medicine clinician to manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care. You will provide in-office and testing center care, with occasional telehealth visits, while engaging in weekly clinical rounds and cross-team collaboration.

The role requires residency completion, board certification (or eligibility with plans to certify within a year), and IL state licensure prior to start.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.
• State licensed in IL, obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
