Byron Center Family Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their busy practice. The practice is in Byron Center, MI just south of Grand Rapids. As a member of the care team, you will join four physicians, four Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Manager, LMSW Social Worker, Pharmacy, and a team of highly functioning support staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine
• LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan upon hire
• LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan upon hire
• CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan upon hire
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC, 120 days validity
• CRT-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - if required by specialty or stress test performed, 120 days validity
