Job summary

Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care clinic, M Health Fairview Clinics - Elk River, in Elk River, Minnesota. This community clinic on Main Street offers comprehensive care for the whole family across all life stages.

The role features 1.0 FTE with 34 patient contact hours weekly, a flexible schedule, and a three-week-per-year call rotation. The team is part of Fairview's ACO, using EPIC EMR and Nabla AI documentation support to reduce administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABMS or AOA).
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification.
• Meet credentialing and privileging requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care in a primary care clinic.
• Collaborate within a team-based model as part of Fairview's ACO.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for charting and documentation.

Education

ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency

Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABMS or AOA)

Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota licensure

DEA certification
