Job Summary

Seeking a Board‑Certified Family Medicine physician with at least two years of clinical experience treating patients of all ages and a commitment to academic and patient‑centered excellence.

Responsibilities

• Teach, mentor, and inspire future family medicine providers in the 6‑+6‑+6 Residency Program.
• Develop curriculum and didactic materials, including simulation training.
• Provide resident recruitment support and participate in faculty meetings and quality improvement activities.
• Precept a resident‑led Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) clinic (≈60% FTE).
• Collaborate with department teams to enhance patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• ABFM or AOBFM board certification (or equivalent).
• Minimum two years of clinical experience treating patients of all ages.
• Prior teaching experience with residents and/or students is preferred.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $320,000, with up to $250,000 recruitment incentive.
• 15 paid work days and $4,500 CME funds annually.
