Job summary

Geisinger in Northeastern Pennsylvania seeks a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician with at least two years of clinical experience treating patients of all ages, and a strong commitment to academic and patient-centered excellence.

Join a 6+6+6 residency, with 60% FTE focused on resident teaching, curriculum development, and simulation training. No inpatient or OB coverage; you will teach and mentor residents and collaborate with Geisinger College of Health Sciences.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine by ABFM or AOBFM.
• At least two years of clinical experience treating patients of all ages.
• Prior teaching experience with residents or students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach, mentor and inspire residents in a 6+6+6 Family Medicine Residency Program.
• Assist in curriculum development and resident recruitment.
• Lead didactic instruction and simulation training.
• Collaborate with Geisinger College of Health Sciences.
