Job summary

NeueHealth seeks a Family Medicine Physician to deliver comprehensive care across all ages. You will diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions, with strong emphasis on preventive care, wellness, and patient education. Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

The role includes on-site clinic duty, referrals to specialists, and participation in quality initiatives. MD/DO, Family Medicine residency, and state license required; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for patients of all ages.
• Provide acute, chronic, and preventive care including immunizations and wellness counseling.
• Prescribe medications, interpret tests, and arrange follow-up.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and refer to specialists as needed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
