In this role, you will care for patients of all ages, treating acute and chronic conditions, providing preventive care, and building relationships that support their long-term health—all with the support of a collaborative clinic team.

Qualifications

• Appropriate education and credentials as a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner.
• Current Wisconsin license appropriate to your role.
• Board certification or eligibility appropriate to your profession and specialty.
• Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with clear communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate clinical documentation.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently within your scope of practice and collaboratively with the clinic team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients about their care.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests.
• Perform minor office procedures, such as suturing and wound care, within your training and scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
