Ascension is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a busy, outpatient practice in Illinois. The role supports a robust health system with a strong referral base and comprehensive resources.

You will provide full-spectrum care for patients from pediatrics to adults in a single location, with a collaborative team culture and solid office support. Opportunities for professional growth are available within the Ascension network.

Qualifications

• MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Advanced Life Support preferred; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Board certification/eligibility required or expected for Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Join an established team of physicians and APPs in a busy outpatient setting.
• Provide full-spectrum family medicine care for kids and adults.
• Participate in office call rotations with the team.
• Deliver high-quality service in one conveniently located facility.
• Coordinate with strong office support staff and hospital resources.
