Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy outpatient Family Medicine practice in Schaumburg, IL. You will work within a team of physicians and APPs, providing care to both children and adults, with a rotated call schedule.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong office support, and access to a large referral network within Ascension’s health system. Licensure and NCCPA certification are required, with ACLS preferred and 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.
• NCCPA certification required before hire date.
• Advanced Life Support preferred, CPR certification accepted.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient Family Medicine: care for kids and adults.
• Join an established team of 5 physicians and 3 APPs.
• Share office call equally with the team.
• Provide high-quality care in a single convenient location.
• Work within a well-resourced health system network.
